Killing Gays is Not Murder According to Pastor September 17, 2009

According to the lastest “Christian” Pastor, Steven L. Anderson of the Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, AZ. He has prayed for President Obama to die, calls for the execution of gays and said it would not be murder if a group of gays and lesbians were gunned down with a machine gun, or if the president were killed. He does not believe the killing of Dr. George Tiller was murder. He also said, after a recent interview with a radio host that is gay, that he hopes the host “gets brain cancer like Ted Kennedy” and dies and insisted the host must be “molesting children.”
According to Anderson’s own church website, he holds no degree but memorized “over 100 bible chapters” and only believes the King James Version is the inspired literal word of God. This is only one of the MAJOR problems I have with Baptists, as they have no central core or Church to their belief structure. They can go off on their own splintered chapters to preach and teach in their own way, without a central authority of belief. This is the beginnings of many cults and they garner many ignorant people into their fold.
Can you imagine what would happen if these types of people ever gained political power? Yes, they would see their Armageddon – brought on by their own actions.
